The Safety Team, Inc. is a local and independent full-service fire protection company with a solid reputation for quality work and outstanding customer service.

Since 1983, The Safety Team, Inc. has performed confidence test functions for many of the Seattle-Metro area’s high rises, hospitals, retirement communities, restaurants, apartment and condominium complexes, school districts and other buildings.

Much of our customer base has been acquired through outstanding referrals from property managers, property owners, and directors of building maintenance. We have the most up-to-date equipment, highly and crossed-trained personnel in the industry, so they can perform inspections and simple repairs under the same visit. 

We have extensive experience in performing fire alarm testing, wet and dry sprinkler system confidence tests and repairs, life safety equipment operation under emergency backup generator, shaft pressurization tests, fire pump testing, and backflow assemblies testing.

With our capability to be a one-stop service center for all your fire protection needs, we make it easy to schedule and perform all your required fire protection confidence testing.

Our service personnel have full-knowledge of the fire requirements relative to the NFPA codes as well as the requirements of the local fire departments and other jurisdictional criteria. We can therefore serve as your fire services consultants as well.
